What counts as a request
Most calls are one unit. A few do extra work when you ask for it, and the maximum is published before you send them — you are charged for what the call actually used, never more than the maximum.

Top up anything from $20 to $20,000. Larger top-ups carry bonus credit, added the moment the payment lands.
Running steady volume? A flat rate per request, agreed with us and fixed for the term, is usually cheaper than the daily curve. We quote those case by case — tell us what you run and we will price it.

Before you top up
- What is one request?
- One call to one endpoint. The response says what it cost, and your usage log records it call by call.
- Am I charged for a failed call?
- No. If a call returns nothing, the amount held for it goes back in full. A request we reject for a bad parameter is free too.
- When does the volume discount reset?
- At 00:00 UTC. Each request is priced by the bracket it falls in on that day, so the first thousand always cost the base price.
- Does credit expire?
- Credit lasts 12 months from your most recent top-up, and every top-up starts the 12 months again — so it does not expire while you keep using the service. We email you a month before, and the date is on your dashboard.
- Can I get a receipt or an invoice?
- Every top-up produces a receipt from Paddle, our payment provider, with VAT where it applies. Companies that need a tax invoice can ask us for one.
- We run the same heavy workload every day.
