What can the Marketplace API do?

The Marketplace API returns the public product data of AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart in one product schema. Titles, prices, ratings, sellers, stock and delivery come back under the same names whichever marketplace answered, and a fact only one marketplace shows is kept under ext instead of being dropped.

Start from a search or a category, pass an item's id to product for the full listing, and read its reviews where the marketplace has them. Every operation, parameter and cost is in the API reference.

    Built for product data

    • One product schema

Every marketplace answers in the same fields, so one parser covers all 5.

    • Search, then product

Every search item carries the id that product takes, so a results page becomes full product pages without any matching.

    • Filters with one name

Price range and category filters are named the same on every marketplace that offers them.

    • Search by picture

Send an image URL and get the matching products from AliExpress, Amazon, and Shopify.

    • Amazon in 16 countries

Pick the store by buyer country; price, availability and delivery follow it.

    • The maximum cost, up front

Every operation lists the most it can cost before you call it.

    Frequently asked questions

    Which marketplaces can I query?

AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart. Each one's operations, parameters and costs are in the API reference.

Why call an API instead of writing my own scraper?

One call returns a page of products as JSON, with no browser to run and no HTML to parse. Every marketplace answers in the same product schema, fields are only ever added inside v1, and a request that fails is not billed.

Do all marketplaces return the same fields?

Yes. Search results and products come back in one product schema, so the same field has the same name everywhere. When a marketplace does not show something, the field is absent; a fact only one marketplace has is kept under ext.

How do I get the full details of a search result?

Every search item carries the marketplace's own product id. Pass it to the product operation as id.

    Can I choose the country?

Amazon takes a region for each of its 16 country stores, and price, availability and delivery follow it. Each marketplace's page in the API reference lists the countries it serves.

How do I get more results?

Search pages by page number or by the cursor the previous page returned, depending on the marketplace. Each page is one request.

    What does a request cost?

Most operations cost one request at the marketplace price, which falls as your daily volume grows. The few that cost more say so in the API reference, and a failed request costs nothing.
